Studio Policies

1. CONDUCT. The Studio maintains a clean, safe, and professional environment. Renter shall be solely responsible for the conduct and welfare of all persons accompanying Renter while on the Studio’s premises. The renter agrees that a Studio representative has a right to be present at any time. If the representative observes or otherwise becomes aware of dangerous, pornographic, illegal, or negligent practices or activities, the representative reserves the right to stop the shoot and may require the Renter and Renter’s party to leave immediately. In such a case, no refund will be given for unused time. However, the Studio and its representatives assume no responsibility to act in such cases.

2. PET POLICY. No pets are allowed in Studio.

3. CLEANING. Renter agrees to leave the premises and all contents in the same condition as they were when the renter arrived. Furniture, decor, and accessories should be returned to their stored location. Posing blocks, stools, and seating should be cleaned of any debris or footprints. Lights and HVAC must be turned off. Blinds must be lowered. STUDIO will dispose of trash collected in the supplied trash cans. Renter must discard larger items, such as props and set pieces, in the public trash bin outside the building. Trash must fit inside the dumpster and may not be left next to the dumpster on the ground.

4. RESPONSIBILITY. Renter is responsible for being at the studio at all times during his/her shoot. The renter may not leave clients, models, assistants, or anyone else unattended in the studio. The renter may not give the key to anyone, make copies of the key or share the key code with anyone else.

5. COMMON AREA USAGE. Photography in common areas is a privilege, not a right. Renter must respect other tenants and their guests and follow all rules and guidelines put in place by the Studio or Landlord.

6. PROHIBITED ITEMS. Open flames, glitter, and other small, hard-to-clean items may not be used in the studio. No smoking is allowed in the studio.

7. DRUGS, ALCOHOL, AND FIREARMS. Illegal drugs or weapons are not permitted. No one will be admitted who is under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances.

8. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY. The maximum number of people allowed, including the Renter, his/her assistants, models, or clients, is TEN.

9. EVENTS. No events, parties, or other gatherings are allowed without prior written consent.

10. COMMON AREAS. No photography is allowed in common areas for hourly renters.
